- Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities.
- Familiarity with photography and videography for use in social graphics and content.
- Design graphics experience.
- Produce and edit video content.
- Create and curate content for our digital site and social media platforms.
- Assist with proofreading or editing other content before publishing.
- Perform background research as needed.
- Review live content monthly and create reports outlining success rates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and brand management.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Creative thinker with the ability to propose innovative marketing and branding strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage outsourced marketers effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
