You are responsible,
- Handle all inbound calls, emails, and live chats related to general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other issues concerning the company's services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate and helpful information.
- Collaborate with your team to meet and surpass Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Handle customers with questions and issues related to their life insurance policies.
- Provide support and guidance through the claims processing service.
- Offer clear instructions for submitting policy servicing requests
Requirements
- Applicants with SPM and above
- Proficient in reading, speaking and writing English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Available to work on 9am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)
- Able to start working on August 2024
- Have no issue to be fully work based at Petaling Jaya, Selangor Office
- Proficient in reading, speaking and writing English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Monthly Salary: RM2,000 Basic Salary + Up to RM400 KPI Allowance
- EPF and SOCSO
- 12 days Annual Leave & 14 days Medical Leave
- NO Night Shifts
- One month paid training provided
