You are responsible in,

• Handle inbound calls, emails, inquiries from customers, addressing a variety of service requests and concerns
• Offer clear and detailed information about medical background, finance background and criminal background
• Address and resolve customer complaints, issues, or service discrepancies promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and recommend additional services that may benefit clients, such as enhanced background checks or compliance solutions, to support their employment screening needs.
• Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure everything running smoothly.

Requirement

• Possess at least a SPM and above. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Fluent in speaking and writing Traditional Mandarin is a must and proficient in speaking English. Mandarin is preferred
• Available to work Monday till Friday (9 Hour including 1 Hour break) between 9am till 6pm & 10 am till 7pm.
• 5 working days and 2 off days.
• Passionate on customer experience related tasks
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• You are required to work on site at Ara Damansara Office
• Available to start work on 11 September 2024

• Salary Package: RM2800 + KPI ALLOWANCES UP TO RM300
• EPF + SOCSO IS PROVIDED
• 14 MEDICAL LEAVE & 12 ANNUAL LEAVE IS PROVIDED
• 5 Working day in a week
• 1 month paid training is provided.
• Location: Nearby LRT Ara Damansara and 10 minutes walking distances
