Duties And Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular patrol checks to inspect and monitor the following areas:
  • Abnormal sound and abnormal smell detection
  • Ensure the acid curtain is fully closed
  • Check for any broken formers and ensure clearance on collector trays
  • Verify the absence of glove residues in solutions
  • Perform solution level checks (including coagulant and latex dipping tank)
  • Identify and address any pipe leaks
  • Check tank covers, coagulant dip tank filtration rate, and water spray nozzles (water pattern, angle, and clogs)
  • Monitor former temperature and dryness before the latex tank Ensure proper defoamer levels are maintained
  • Monitor and maintain solution levels
  • Check and maintain former temperature for both coagulant and latex
  • Inspect the oven blower for worn-off belting or abnormal sounds
  • Perform routine daily cleaning tasks, excluding coagulant and latex areas, including:
  • Remove foam in the alkaline tank
  • Clean the dripping tray after the alkaline tank
  • Clean the round brush compartment
  • Perform routine daily cleaning of coagulant areas
  • Clean the coagulant filter bag
  • Perform scooping and skimming at the coagulant dipping/feeding tank
  • Perform routine daily cleaning of latex areas
  • Rinse the holding tank after use
  • Change the plastic sheet of the dripping tray as needed
  • Conduct open tank and filtration tests for both coagulant and latex solutions
  • Perform troubleshooting and necessary repairs for identified issues, or escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members for resolution.
  • Follow production protocols and guidelines while conducting patrol checks and addressing identified issues.
  • Keep accurate records of patrol check findings, including any repairs or maintenance activities performed.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team and other relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of maintenance procedures and protocols related to patrol checks.


Qualification

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical @ Electronic Engineering or equivalent with minimum 1 years of relevant working experience

Experience

Min 1-2 years’ hand-on working experience in related field. Experience in manufacturing field with ISO compliance and regulatory environment.
