- Administartive Task
- Assist to check & order office Supplies, refreshments and lisences
- Assist monitor claims, dispatch, courier and drivers arrangement
- Pick up and Filter incoming calls
- Update, monitor, maintain and verify Attendance and Leave records
- Assist in petty cash and staff claims processes
- Assist in administrative onboarding & offboarding process for new joiners and leavers
- Assist to company events and administrative matters
- Support HR Administrative functions
- Location accessible by LRT Kerinchi
- Can do administrative task
- Good command of English and Malay and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to multitask, commitment to delivery, flexible
- Strong analytical / troubleshooting skills
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Able to work with minimal supervision within a team base structure
