Job Responsibility

  • Administartive Task
  • Assist to check & order office Supplies, refreshments and lisences
  • Assist monitor claims, dispatch, courier and drivers arrangement
  • Pick up and Filter incoming calls
  • Update, monitor, maintain and verify Attendance and Leave records
  • Assist in petty cash and staff claims processes
  • Assist in administrative onboarding & offboarding process for new joiners and leavers
  • Assist to company events and administrative matters
  • Support HR Administrative functions
  • Location accessible by LRT Kerinchi

Job Requirements

  • Can do administrative task
  • Good command of English and Malay and Mandarin (written and spoken)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Able to multitask, commitment to delivery, flexible
  • Strong analytical / troubleshooting skills
  • Reliable and able to work independently
  • Able to work with minimal supervision within a team base structure
  • Malaysian
