  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB PURPOSE

  • Monitor and improve ICT platforms and tools to align with the MMHE ICT Plan, provide technical support to minimize disruptions, and evaluate new technologies to enhance business operations and staff productivity.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify ICT servers and collaboration initiatives to be executed in MMHE environment to support corporate business strategies and initiatives.
  • Enforce appropriate ICT policies and procedures in compliance with MMHE & MISC Group ICT Infrastructure policy and procedures.
  • Support to any ICT internal project or program.
  • To complete the task given and ensure tickets are resolved within the SLA timeline.
  • Plan, develop and submit ICT core services performance report and to ensure stability and reliability of the system.
  • Assist in annual planning and budget preparation in alignment with MMHE strategies and initiatives.
  • Identify and propose IT networking solutions that align with the approved IT budget.
  • Monitor IT servers and data center infrastructure expenses to ensure proper budget utilization and adherence to the approved budget
  • Address and resolve user issues promptly.
  • Ensure users have a positive experience with ICT services.
  • Follow HSE requirements in all related tasks

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Diploma in IT related course or equivalent.
  • 3 years working experience (minimum 1 years in Information Technology).
  • Possess a problem-solving ability and ability to being a reference point for all ICT related queries at the user level, responding to user needs in a timely manner, and ensuring the optimal running of all systems, among other technical duties.
  • Display good interpersonal and report preparation skills as they will interact with colleagues from various departments and executive levels.
  • Listen to employee’s technical needs, understand their problems, and implement solutions to them.
