Job Description:
- Create Report including but not limited to Data Load Workbook for Payroll inputs, Billing, Accrual, Enrollment, Cancellation, Payroll Validation, updating PESH for request/claim status update and other tools, coordination with 3rd party vendor, participate to UAT/audit, brown bag session, paper archiving, employee clearance etc
- Handle Tier 2 tickets/DHT
- Attend weekly calls related to process
- Intelligent Operations- Update metrics (Efficiency, utilization, capacity utilization, system downtime, FTE availability), log idea in Weataccenture.com, articulate Operational Excellence tools
- Serve as Focal Person for other Project initiatives
- Other Adhoc report based on Singapore government requests.
