In particular, the e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. Responsibilities:
- Assisting the team to outreach and onboard potential creators.
- Identify the key factors for improving performance and offer guidance to onboard creators.
- Design and establish a community for onboard creators, including a support system.
- Monitor and communicate with onboard creators daily to ensure positive engagement. Encourage creators to actively participate in the creator's mission and platform campaigns.
- Work with cross-functional teams to apply more resources and uplift affiliate performance.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate student.
- Familiar with E-Commerce and/or content creation. Able to use different social apps and tools such as TikTok, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Good written & verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume environment. Willing to learn and be a good team player.
- Be able to work for a minimum of 3 months.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in English, able to communicate in Malay is a plus point.
- Has the ability to manage multiple tasks and good time management.
