Responsibilities

  • Administrative assistant handling admin duties.
  • To assist in handling filing and account duties.
  • To organize and manage the safe keeping of documents, records and maintain an organized filing for effective data retrieving.
  • To perform clerical and administrative duties in an office setting.
  • To prepare daily closing report.
  • To key in receipt.
  • To attend and communicate with owner regarding admin and account such as, issue permit moves in/out, renovation, repair works, any other appointments and receipt payment.
  • To response to walk in owner, WhatsApp, email related.
  • Received complaint through walk in, WhatsApp, email, google form.
  • Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the Building Manager.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM/ Diploma/ Certificate in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in related field.
  • Extremely organized with good communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and spreadsheets).
