Responsibilities
- Administrative assistant handling admin duties.
- To assist in handling filing and account duties.
- To organize and manage the safe keeping of documents, records and maintain an organized filing for effective data retrieving.
- To perform clerical and administrative duties in an office setting.
- To prepare daily closing report.
- To key in receipt.
- To attend and communicate with owner regarding admin and account such as, issue permit moves in/out, renovation, repair works, any other appointments and receipt payment.
- To response to walk in owner, WhatsApp, email related.
- Received complaint through walk in, WhatsApp, email, google form.
- Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the Building Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/ Diploma/ Certificate in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in related field.
- Extremely organized with good communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and spreadsheets).
