PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

  • Lead, manage and grow Region affluent & mass affluent and wealth business at branches and premier banking centre
  • Plan and strategise to grow AUM and fee income - investment & insurance products
  • Drive customers acquisition; improve customers retention; and customers experience - focus on affluent & mass affluent customer segment and new to bank/premier (NTB/NTP) customers - Increase customers' product portfolios breadth – PHR
  • Lead, manage and coach sales force to achieve sales targets
  • Responsible for growth and management of Region's Premier Banking business
  • Plan and strategise sales activities and events to drive Affluent and Wealth business
  • Cross-sell and up-sell assets & liabilities products

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop & implement regional sales strategies & business plan to achieve affluent & wealth sales targets
  • Identify business opportunities to grow market share and NTP customers
  • Engage with Affluent and Mass Affluent Heads for products, promotions and campaigns Lead
  • Region's Cross Border referral initiative with RHB Singapore and other markets

Sales Management

  • Set, review and assign sales target to BMs, CMs. RMs, TLs, PB-Wealth, Banca SM and PB-Banca on the overall region's target and execution of business plan & sales activities
  • Coordinate with product & marketing teams on wealth & banca collaterals & gifts for sales activities/campaigns
  • Review and track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance to improve sales force productivity
  • Manage leads / referrals and conversion to sales
  • Drive and manage sales activities including up-sell, cross-sell, complaint managements and customers retention

Operations & Compliance

  • Oversight on code of ethics of sales personnel during sales process to avoid mis-selling
  • Ensure sales personnel are equipped with relevant licenses
  • Inculcate sales personnel awareness of Audit, Risk & Compliance standards and policies

Staff Management

  • Direct supervision of Premier Centre managers, TL PBW and SM Banca
  • Plan and recruit regional Relationship Managers for Premier Banking Centre to ensure adequate sales force strength, also involve in hiring of PB-Wealth and PB-Banca
  • Identify, conduct and train sales personnel on product knowledge and selling skills
  • Coaching and mentoring of sales personnel for peak performance
