- Develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality management in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the QA function, including quality control, quality assurance, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Establish and enforce quality assurance standards and procedures to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure awareness and understanding of quality standards and procedures across the organization.
- Monitor key quality metrics and performance indicators to track progress and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in quality management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, Science) required; advanced degree preferred.
- Possess at least 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality management roles.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in communication in Mandarin and English.
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic Salary : RM5000 (Higher is negotiable)
- Allowances : RM150
