          • Engage with the audience, respond to comments and messages, and grow the company’s social media presence.

            Email Marketing:

            • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated workflows.
            • Analyze email performance and optimize content for better engagement.

              Analytics and Reporting:

              • Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics.
              • Generate reports on key metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide insights to improve strategies.

                Website Management:

                • Maintain and update the company website, ensuring IT is user-friendly, optimized for SEO, and aligned with marketing campaigns.
                • Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance website functionality and user experience.

                  Collaborate with Internal Teams:

                  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
                  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when necessary.

                    Stay Updated on Digital Marketing Trends:

                    • Continuously research and keep up with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
                    • Experiment with new marketing techniques to improve campaign effectiveness.

                      Manage Digital Marketing Budget:

                      • Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring that funds are spent efficiently to achieve maximum impact.
                      • Track and report on the financial performance of marketing campaigns.

                        Customer Engagement and Retention:

                        • Develop strategies to engage and retain customers through personalized marketing efforts.
                        • Monitor customer feedback and use insights to improve digital marketing initiatives.

Educational Background:

  • Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

    Experience:

    • Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role (usually 1- 3 years).
    • Experience managing PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.).
    • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM practices.
    • Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.

      Technical Skills:

      • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and RM systems.
      • Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
      • Familiarity with email marketing tools and automation platforms.
      • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
      • Proficient in using social media platforms for business, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.

        Analytical Skills:

        • Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure and optimize marketing campaigns.
        • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
        • Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

          Creative Skills:

          • Strong writing and content creation skills.
          • Ability to create engaging multimedia content (graphic design, video editing) is a plus.
          • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools is desirable.

            Communication Skills:

            • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
            • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

              Project Management:

              • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
