Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage automation projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to monitor and track progress.
• Coordinate resources, including internal team members, contractors, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage project budgets and financials, including forecasting and reporting on project costs and profitability.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with project deliverables.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the automation engineering industry, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of automation technologies and systems, including PLCs, SCADA, IOT, and industrial control systems.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive project success.
• Solid experience in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, MS Teams, MS Sharepoint, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing projects within the manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards relevant to automation systems.
  • Previous experience in proposal development and client presentations.
