Human Resources Specialist

A well known trading platform which was founded in 2012 is looking for a skilled Human Resources Specialist.

Main Duties:

• Ownership of onboarding and adaptation processes of new employees,
• Offboarding and exit interviews,
• Ownership of foreign Employee’s official employment and legalization (Vietnam, India, Malasiya mostly),
• Active participation in recruitment processes,
• Work with a team’s healthy environment,
• Employee's performance reviews,
• Promoting the Company’s HR brand,
• Mentoring interns.

Requirements

• Permanent location - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia,
• At least 2 years experience as HR BP/Generalist/Manager in an international Fintech company,
• Experience of working with teams in Asia,
• 3 years experience of working with documents,
• Fluent spoken and written English (C1),
• Understanding the main issues in HR field,
• Excellent communication and planning skills,
• Being a Team player,
• Possibility for using Google and network in every unclear situation =)

Will be a plus:

• university degree in HR or Psychology,
• knowing Confluence Stack.
