Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorm and implement event concepts and themes that align with station objectives and target audience preferences, the events include roadshows, on ground and festivals.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue booking, vendor management and inventory control, ensuring all elements are executed seamlessly.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive event marketing strategies, including promotional materials, social media campaigns, and outreach efforts to drive attendance.
  • Collaborate with the brand team to develop integrated marketing strategies that align offline efforts with online initiatives.
  • Plan, manage and attend partnerships or barter activities through strategic development of proposals and effective negotiations to increase on-ground presence, reduce expenditures, and bring overall value to the company.
  • Implement brand comms strategies and integrated marketing plans to support brand and campaign objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate with station talents for client projects and station campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in consumer behavior, digital marketing, marketing and events execution.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
