Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solution Architect located in Kuala Lumpur City. The Solution Architect will be responsible for developing solution architectures, providing consulting services, software development, integration, and optimizing business processes on a daily basis.

Position: CRM Solution Architect

Location: KL, Malasyia

Max Salary :

Expats with EP Processing : RM 22,000 per month;

Local (Highly Preferred) : RM 20,000 per month;

Role Type : 1 Year and Extendable Contract with Softenger

Work Location: Jalan Medan Setia 1, Bukit Damansara, 50490 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE2 certified (preferred)
  • More than 12 years of technical project delivery and solution architecture experience with at least 6 years in the same industry.
  • Delivered large scale projects from project inception through the entire project life cycle.

Familiar with the following domains:

  • CRM sales and services
  • Consumer banking products and channels
  • Oracle Siebel CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platforms
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Posses analytical and strategic with a track record of success in delivering results within a large complex organization.
  • Must have strong leadership and people management skills; ability to influence, organizational ability and time management.
  • Embody the organization culture and aligns and support of organization vision and mission.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills.
  • Highly result oriented and can work independently.
  • Demonstrates ability to build relationships and work well with peers from both business and technology stakeholders and interact effectively with internal and external parties.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise work / projects in the team. Display good leadership qualities, high commitment and drive to complete the assignment.
