Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for tracking parcels to customers and conducting communication with customers and related departments in the communication channels specified by the company
  • To provide information, advice and basic troubleshooting in the case of delayed or lost deliveries
  • Record data and produce daily/weekly/monthly reports. Both in the part of the parcel that has delivery problems, residual or other related problems.
  • Problem analysis and performance
  • To present solutions to problems in delivery to be more efficient and effective.
  • Study and follow up on new knowledge-related technologies. to be applied in effective management
  • Work and other projects as assigned by the supervisor

Working Days: 6 Days / Week (Rotational)

Working Hours: 7:00PM - 3:30AM / 11:00PM - 7:30AM (1 Hour Lunch Break)

Working Location: Senai, Johor

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Diploma or Degree majoring in Logistics management, transportation, supply chain management are preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills, and able to deal with immediate problem.
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Able to work on rotational shift
