Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across all restaurant locations, ensuring consistent quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Lead and manage the Operation Manager and Assistant Operation Manager, fostering a culture of high performance.
  • Assist the COO in developing and executing operational strategies and goals.
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, HR, and finance, to align operations with business strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback to maintain high standards of service.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Must 8-10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple locations and large teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
