  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Operations Executive Mission:

To support the Operations Team and ensure the fulfilment for Online Retail orders and Partner's orders are done with excellence. Support Operations Teams with projects and other tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Fulfillment of orders coming from Shopee, Lazada and Grab
  • - Keep stock in all distribution points for Grab and oversee the store performance
  • - Support Partners (Vet, Petshops, Pet Hotels, etc) with the delivery of the food and products they order.
  • - Support Operations team with other administrative tasks
  • - Join Operations Team Meetings when there are issues to solve, planning or improvement meetings.

KPI:

  • - % of orders without errors

Daily Tasks:

  • - Place orders coming from Online Retail in our internal system for fulfilment

Weekly Tasks:

- Fulfill orders for existing and new partners (including food, add-ons, marketing materials and freezers when required)

- Oversee the stock in Grab locations and restock when needed.

- Place orders for office and production items needed

Monthly Tasks:

Working Time:

Option 1: Part-time (Saturdays and Sundays 4hs x day)

Option 2: Full-time (Tuesdays to Saturdays, 8hs x day)
