What will you be doing?

• Maintain up-to-date information of employees in the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and ensure personnel files are kept up-to-date.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

• Support payroll system administration by providing monthly payroll advise to Payroll team within the timeline.

• Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing support and guidance on HR policies and procedures.

• Assist in performance appraisals, prepare annual review letters on an annual basis.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance data. Manage filing systems and ensure proper documentation of administrative processes.

• Maintain records of benefit plans and employee statistics for government/statutory reporting/audits.

• Support initiatives and delivery of employment engagement activities and ensure the projects and programs are fully implemented to ensure engagement levels

What you bring?

• At least 1-2 years of experience in HR-related field.

• Able to work independently & multitask efficiently.

• Good interpersonal skills & able to interact with all levels of employees.

• Positive work attitude and display initiative in problem-solving.

• Knowledgeable in Employment Act, HR policies, procedures & process.

• Discretion in handling sensitive employee information & company data.
