Job Description:

1) Develop excellent product knowledge to enhance customer's experience and support.

2) Provide customer's guidance in order to address the concerns raised, both on the deliveries and other issues.

3) Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the allocated time.

4) Adhere to the quality process set to ensure that we are providing accurate and timely service to the customer's.

Requirements:

1) Candidates with education background of SPM, Diploma & Degree are encouraged to apply.

2) Min 2 year of customer service experience.

3) Fresh graduates with Diploma and Degree are encouraged to apply as training will be provided for 1 month.

4) Must be able to speak in English fluently.

5) Must be able to work on rotational shift.

Working: 24/7 Shift (rotate by quarter) 5 days a weeks and 2 days of day
