Procurement Operations Officer

Process the operational requests from other department, whether it is for budget, contract signing or payment purposes.

Monitor the budget, contractual amount, and amount paid for each vendor.

Provide list of procurement expenses incurred by each department to the respective HODs and Finance on a monthly basis.

Maintain the vendor listing.

Support vendor onboarding and performance of third party due diligence in accordance with the relevant policy.

Check to ensure that all relevant checklist/document are in place for each procurement/payment.

Support the preparation of management reporting on the procurement situation (with dashboard and breakdown by category).

Support peers in self-inspection checks and reporting to HQ.

Support the digital transformation for procurement and operation process

Propose ways to streamline and automate the procurement and operational process, source for tools and follow through with the implementation.

Any other relevant duties as required by Reporting Officer.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree Holder with at least 3 years of working experience in technology firm

Driven, proactive, able to work independently, meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge and relevant experience in general risk management and control principles and frameworks

Comfortable with multi-tasking-managing tight and overlapping timelines

Resilient and open-minded working attitude

Highly adaptable and dynamic

A meticulous, committed, and organized individual.

Sound / Strong stakeholder management

Demonstrable experience of applying effective problem-solving techniques, thinking ahead to manage issues effectively

Language: English and Mandarin

Knowledge in latest technological solutions including cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence would be an advantage
