Job Responsibilities
1. Sales Target Achievement:
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the team.
- Develop incentive programs to motivate the team towards achieving sales goals.
2. Team Management:
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and challenges.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for team members.
3. Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyse individual and team performance metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance.
4. Client Interaction:
- Meet with key clients to understand their financial needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through personalized service and effective problem resolution.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
- Ensure all client cases and interactions are properly documented and recorded in the CRM
system.
- Submit timely and accurate performance reports to senior management.
6. Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Develop and implement strategies to gain a competitive edge in the market.
7. Client Feedback and Improvement:
- Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
- Implement changes based on feedback to enhance the client experience.
Requirements:
- Min 2 years’ experience in sales managerial role, especially in banking and insurance industry.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
