Job Responsibility
- Draft letters, emails and replies for incoming correspondence from clients.
- Ensure records are consistently updated and maintain a proper filing system.
- Manage all administrative tasks related to projects in Malaysia.
- Organizing and maintaining files, records, and documentation.
- Support the Business Development Department with day-to-day operations.
- Drafting, proofreading, and editing communications on behalf of the executive.
- Coordinate with Technical Engineer Department to ensure proper timely delivery.
- Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of special projects and initiatives.
- Minimum Diploma in accounting/finance, economics or a comparable qualification.
- Strong mathematical skills plus critical thinking.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) within interdisciplinary project teams.
- High team spirit and ability to moderate meetings/workshops with all levels.
- Excellent in pitching skills.
- Structured and independent working style with minimal supervision.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Reliability and flexibility to work in a pioneer team.
