- Manage and handle brands for various e-Commerce platform (Lazada, Shopee, PGMall, Zalora Webstore & etc.).
- Handling customer’s enquiries and timely customer support and after-sales service.
- Maintain and update product listing and handling inventory management to ensure timely product availability.
- Utilize seller tools for promotions and customer outreach, employing performance marketing and content marketing skills to maximize store traffic and conversion rates.
- Planning, Managing and executing time to time e-commerce platform promotional campaigns.
- Engage in marketplace campaigns, paid marketing solutions, and collaboration with content creators for effective product promotion.
- Generate performance reports and analyze data to improve sales and marketing strategies.
- Communicate with the e-commerce platform key account manager.
- Work closely with in house and outsource warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Other ad-hoc projects related to online sales.
- Perform any other duties assign by the superior.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, and e-Commerce platforms, including updating social media sites.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, make decisions, and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Minimum educational requirement of a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English languages.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel.
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to work in Shah Alam -Subang 2 area.
- Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
