Basic Financial Tasks:

  • Process company payments and manage reimbursements.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping, including recording transactions and overseeing petty cash.
  • Coordinate with the accounting department for financial reporting and audits.

    Office Management:

    • Ensure a well-maintained office environment, managing the smooth operation of office equipment.
    • Oversee the procurement, inventory, and distribution of office supplies.

      Human Resources:

      • Support recruitment processes, including onboarding new hires and managing offboarding procedures.
      • Handle payroll and EPF, SOCSO, and EIS

  • Associate degree or higher, preferably in Accounting, Administration, Secretarial Studies, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year and above experience in accounting.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices would be the plus point (such as in recruitment, and payroll)
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and service skills, with a strong team spirit.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and with strong execution abilities.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a must for this role.
