- Manage, motivate, and train the floor service crew.
- Monitor and control business’s operation.
- Ensure the quality of service and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for the customer service feedback and complaints handling.
- Responsible for the restaurant environment hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
- Plan and execute the deployment of service crew.
- Safeguard company assets and equipment following operational guidelines and standards.
- Working closely with management to plan and implement new ideas for promotions and
upcoming events.
- Have at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
- Experience and knowledge in Fine Dining / Thai Cuisine is preferred.
- Positive attitude and good teamwork.
- Advantage of having team management skill.
- Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and Public Holidays, whenever require.
- No specific education level required.
- Required language(s): English / Mandarin
- Working hour: 45 working hours per week
- Shift: 2:30pm to 11:pm, 6 days a week, Monday as off day
