What do you need to qualify

  • Degree in Marine Nautical Science and/or Marine Engineering
  • Minimum 7-8 years of relevant working experience in maritime software management
  • Has a strong background in the marine industry, preferably as a Navigation Officer, Deck Officer, 1st/2nd Class Marine Engineer
  • Technical background and experience in merchant shipping and/or oil and gas industry
  • Experience in project management, demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects including work prioritization, resource coordination, and planning
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Customer-oriented with a strong focus on client satisfaction
  • Strong appreciation of effective Business Process Management using software solutions in maritime operations
  • Experience as a safety auditor or inspector will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of software ERP solutions (maintenance, procurement, safety, accounting, human resources, document management systems) will be an added advantage
  • Overseas travel is mandatory
