- Responsible for preparation of full sets of accounts;
- Will be in charge of accounting & administrative functions which include processing billings and collections, preparing payments and official receipts, accounting journals, bank reconciliation, etc.;
- Updating the supporting schedules for management accounts;
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents;
- To maintain proper and accurate filing of records and other documents; and
- Any other ad-hoc tasks when assigned
- Candidate must possess at least an SPM qualification or higher in education;
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field;
- Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures;
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel;
- Good inter-personal and communication skills;
- Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently and meet deadlines;
- Proficient in English, and able to speak in Mandarin would be an advance.
