  • Responsible for preparation of full sets of accounts;
  • Will be in charge of accounting & administrative functions which include processing billings and collections, preparing payments and official receipts, accounting journals, bank reconciliation, etc.;
  • Updating the supporting schedules for management accounts;
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax agents;
  • To maintain proper and accurate filing of records and other documents; and
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks when assigned
  • Candidate must possess at least an SPM qualification or higher in education;
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field;
  • Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures;
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel;
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills;
  • Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently and meet deadlines;
  • Proficient in English, and able to speak in Mandarin would be an advance.
