Job Description:
1. Responsible for functional areas of Human Resources & Administration including recruitment, performance management, employee welfare, payroll and employee relationship.
2. Manage employee disciplinary matters and take necessary disciplinary action.
3. Manage all aspects of payroll cycle delivery including the year-end payroll process and tax reporting.
4. Maintain and update of employee personal information file, attendance, punctuality, absence, annual leaves, medical certificate, medical claims, etc.
5. Preparation of relevant HR and Admin documentation and in-charge of government related issues such as government grant and etc .
6. Assist to conduct staff welfare activities such as festive celebrations, annual dinners, townhall, etc.
Job Requirement:
1. Well versed of the Employee Act 1955 and industrial Relation Act 1967 will be an added advantage.
