Job Position: Sales Manager

Salary Package:RM7,000 & above + Commission + Incentive
Working Hour:9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday), 9am to 1pm (Alternate Saturday)
Working Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Meru Selatan
Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing daily operationsin sales department
Leading sales teams by providing guidance,training and mentorship,setting sales quotas and goals,product knowledge ,creating sales plans,analyzing data and assigning sales territories and building sales team
Hiring and traning sales staff ,relaying information from management to department sales about sales quotas and planning
Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that thereis sufficient stock of items that are likely to sell quickly
Perform any other duties/assigments as assigned by the superior
Job Requirement:
At least 3 to 5 years of team management experience and possesses excellent leadership record
Preferably Business Development/Sales Managers from similar industry(Field Marketing Service Provider)or any of the aforementioned industries
Dynamic,creative,independent,highly motivated,team player and passionate
Team-orientation,with strong interperson skills the ability to work both collaboratively and indepently
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams,experience aligning sales efforts with the efforts of an external team
Entrepreneurial style,with an enthusiasm for workingin a growing,non-hierarchical team
Ability to meet deadlines,priortize assignments,juggle multiple tasks simultaneously,and flexible to meet team needs
Well-groomed with pleasant personality and positive attitude
Have sales experience in IT or Distribution experience
