About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Executive to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and team leadership, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging innovative tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and KPIs for multiple brands.
  • Devise a strategic plan through conducting product and brand research and having the ability to identify and analyse brand’s challenges and opportunities.

Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Monitor and track project progress to ensure it is on schedule and within budget with the ability of allocating resources effectively.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using different social media analytic tools such as Google Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimise campaign performance.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Content Strategy:

  • Create and oversee content creation and distribution strategies to drive engagement to support brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and relevant content.

Trend Analysis:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools and platforms to enhance digital marketing capabilities.

Performance Marketing

  • Ability to develop digital media plans and execute the media buying process through different platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Ability to optimise the ads on the platforms through audience targeting, ad creatives as well as budget utilisation on a day-to-day basis while assessing competitors’ strategies.

Client Communications

  • Building trust with the clients through active listening and demonstrating empathy while consulting and suggesting different strategies.
  • Ability to be transparent and open about project’s progress, setbacks, and challenges while having consistent and regular updates
  • Ability to manage client expectations by clearly communicating project scope, aligning deliverables with client goals, and proactively addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction and avoid misunderstandings.
