As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility, driving sales growth, and enhancing customer engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Promotional Campaigns: Assist in the design and execution of promotional activities to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness. Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and prepare reports on their performance.

• Sales and Market Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to support strategic decision-making. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.

• Product and Service Support: Collaborate with the product development team to launch new products or services, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with brand standards.

• Customer Relations: Develop initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Manage communication channels with customers, including email marketing and social media, to maintain engagement and address feedback.

• Advertising Execution: Implement advertising strategies in collaboration with the creative team to maintain brand consistency. Monitor advertising budgets and timelines to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently.

• Public Relations: Support public relations efforts to maintain a positive image of the brand in the media. Assist in organizing media events and press conferences to enhance brand visibility.

• Digital Marketing: Support online marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing to increase digital presence and website traffic. Monitor digital marketing trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Event Participation: Organize and participate in marketing events and trade shows to promote the brand and engage with potential customers. Coordinate logistics and materials needed for successful event execution.

• Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal departments, including HR and operations, to align marketing efforts with corporate objectives and internal communications. Develop and distribute marketing materials to internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

• Partnership Management: Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support marketing objectives. Negotiate contracts and manage third-party services to ensure they deliver value to the marketing projects.

• Branding: Assist in maintaining and evolving the brandâs visual and verbal identity. Contribute to brand strategy discussions and implement branding guidelines across all marketing materials.

Job Requirements

• Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years in a marketing role, with a strong background in digital marketing, campaign management, and data analysis.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Detail-oriented, team player, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in the food and beverage industry
