About the Role{{:}}
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing campaigns across various paid channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Twitter. You'll work closely with the growth team to ensure campaigns are optimized, perform against KPIs, and contribute to the overall business growth.


Key Responsibilities{{:}}

  • Set up, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Twitter
  • Analyze campaign performance and user data to provide strategic and actionable insights
  • Build accurate customer segments, funnels and profiles to ensure effective targeting
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns in real-time to ensure delivery within budget, timeframe and ROAS
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing strategies
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize creatives, audiences, and landing pages for better performance
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies
Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within an agency or in-house growth team
  • Hands-on experience with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Twitter advertising platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights
  • Experience in building and managing customer segments for targeted campaigns
  • Ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to changing market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in D2C or e-commerce sectors is a plus
