Job Descriptions:

  • Approach M& Consultants, contractors, end users and all potential engine buyers to promote the Company’s products.
  • Provide complete quotations/ offers as required.
  • Prepare and submit tender bids.
  • Conduct direct negotiations with buyers.
  • Carry out transactions and ensure documentations are in order and payments are made.
  • Continually update customer profile.
  • Continually pursue, update and report on competitive activities.
  • Provide sales/ technical information on products offered.
  • Attend to customer needs.
  • Input sales information and status in the CRM on timely basis.
  • To handle customer concerns and demands by using the resources available at Branch and Head office level.

Job Requirements:

  • 4 years working experience at sales engineer, preferably for capital equipment. A good understanding and exposure to the engine or power systems business
  • Degree in mechanical / electrical engineering are a minimum pre-requisite.
  • Physically and mentally fit, to work to work out solutions and alternatives within a given time frame.
  • Works regular under pressure to meet internal and external deadlines.
  • Resourceful, analytical and proactive to varied customer’s requirements and changing market conditions.
  • Able to work independently within the framework of company’s policies and guidelines.
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Savvy and good interpersonal skills with customers and all levels of internal staff.
