Join our new team as a Customer Engagement Representative, a full-time hybrid role covering the Selangor and Johor regions. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the network by attracting and recruiting new Merchants or Partners while nurturing existing relationships.

In this role, your communication and problem-solving skills are crucial in driving value, increasing adoption, and enhancing retention among our partners. Additionally, you will be accountable for accelerating merchants' recruitment and B2B partnership growth by optimizing solutions and services that deliver high value with your customer insights.

Other Job Functions

  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, product development)
  • Attend or co-manage industry events, trade shows, workshops, and conferences to represent the company and network with key stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in geriatric care, healthcare/hospitals, pharmaceutical industry, or a related field
  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Allied Health, Nursing, Geriatrics, or any related discipline
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in English and Chinese, Malay is a plus.
  • Proficiency in B2B sales with a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Possesses good organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Own a valid driving license and have a willingness to travel
  • Knowledge of the elderly and retiree market is a plus
