Job Purpose
To support SGM/GM Business Unit and GM/Head, Sales & Marketing, HOT in the overall planning and implementation of effective Township and Phase Marketing and Sales Plan and ensuring the timely execution of all new launches as per Budget Plan for township under Business Unit
Job Responsibilities
Financial
- Collaborate in the development of Business Plan, Management Budget Plan e.g. CAPEX Plan, funding requirement
- Ensuring targeted new product launches and sales recognition are met in accordance to yearly Management Budget Plan
- Ensuring that the A&P expenditure are as budgeted
Business
- Holding workshops and market research / study to formulate Marketing Product Brief to Product Development Department ensuring the products are complying with current & future market demand
- Formulating relevant Marketing and Sales Strategies to meet targets set as for Financial Year as per Budget Plan
- Ensuring timely execution of Marketing Plan in line with the agreed Budget Plan for all new product launches (from awareness to post launch campaign)
- Providing relevant inputs at Client Consultant Meeting (CCM) to ensure creation of market driven products
- Oversee the preparation and proper briefing presentation to Advertising Agency ensuring the A&P campaign is in line with approved Marketing Plan
- Ensuring smooth coordination with Advertising Agency, Media Agency and / or Media Owner, Marketing Suppliers on job briefs up to production
- Oversee the market research findings and formulating pricing & sales strategy while incorporating innovative financial options
Education & Professional Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree of Marketing or relevant discipline
- Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in property development
- Relevant experience with product marketing, launched minimal 1 project/township
