Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic experience Chemist who has vast working experience in different fields, especially in various flooring coatings products or cementitious products for construction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead R&D initiatives to create advanced flooring and cementitious coating solutions that meet market demands.
  • Oversee quality control processes to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to refine existing products and develop new formulations.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in product development and production.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

  • Laboratory Skills and Analytical Skills
  • Quality Control expertise
  • Research and Development (R&D) experience
  • Knowledge of research methodologies
  • Experience in coatings, paints, or related industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • Computer literate with the ability to efficiently use software tools
  • Demonstrates strong self-motivation and the capability to work independently with minimal supervision
