  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a System Support Engineer at RTS Tech Services in Sitiawan, Perak, Malaysia. The System Support Engineer will be responsible for system and equipment installation, setup, configuration, troubleshooting, system administration, system maintenance, and network security tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • System Administration and Operating Systems knowledge
  • Network Security expertise
  • Experience in IT support and system maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
