Qualifications

-MSPO LEAD AUDITOR

  • Location: Kuantan/Sg Buloh
  • Education: Diploma/Degree agriculture, science & technology & engineering or other relevant fields
  • Work Experience:

** 7 years of working experience in oil palm sector

** 10 years of work experience in other relevant fields (social, environment, occupational health & safety and quality)

** 5 years auditing experience in relevant accredited management system

  • Training:

** successfully completed mspo endorsed lead auditor training (5days)

** attended 40 hours course in QMS lead Auditor course (endorsed by IRQA / Global exemplar)

** completed one of the following Lead Auditor courses: Environmental Management System or, Occupational Health & Safety Management system or, Integrated Management System (IMS)

**attended training SA 8000 or other social certification scheme trainings is added advantage

**experience/ possess knowledge of HCV, SIA and GHG calculation is added advantage

-MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AUDITOR

  • Location: Kuantan/Sg Buloh
  • Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering or any related discipline
  • Work Experience: 3 years of experience with 2 years in relevant sector (e.g. Waste management, Engineering Services, Agriculture, Mining and Quarrying, Concrete, cement, lime plaster, Construction, Wholesale and retail trade, Public Administration)
  • Training: Participate in Auditor or Lead Auditor Course ISO 9001:2015 (with certificate) and knowledge in any relevant regulations within the sector experiences
  • Audit Experience: Conducted 20-35 man-days of QMS audit

-PRODUCT CERTIFICATION AUDITOR

  • Location: Kuantan / Sg Buloh
  • Education: The candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: 3 years of working experience in the construction industry, particularly in batching plants, ready-mix concrete, or any related industry.
  • Training: Knowledge of CIDB requirements and regulations.
  • Other skills: Excellent communication and report-writing skills, Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role at TRANS located in Kuantan/Sg Buloh for MSPO Lead Auditor, Management System Auditor, and Product Certification Auditor. The MSPO Lead Auditor will lead audits in the oil palm sector, ensure compliance with the MSPO standard, and address environmental, social, and safety issues.
  • The Management System Auditor will conduct QMS audits across various sectors, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and sector-specific regulations.
  • The Product Certification Auditor will assess compliance with CIDB standards in the construction industry, particularly for batching plants and ready-mix concrete.
  • All roles involve preparing reports, communicating findings, and providing recommendations for improvement.
