About The Job

This role will report to the General Manager of the business and will manage the Southern Region (Johor & Melaka) and a team of 5 direct reports. You will be responsible for leading, developing, driving and implementing sales strategies and plans that support the organisational sales, growth and profitability goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • To deliver Southern region for both Johor & Melaka sales and profitability target and market Share objectives.
  • To achieve monthly and annual sales turnover as per target set (sell in & sell out target)
  • To identify growth opportunities area and increase efficiency with distributors to achieve win-win situation
  • Manage and control AR of distributors and direct account as per company policy and guidelines
  • To meet distribution (RAO) target and merchandising objectives for Must Sell SKUs

Job Requirements

  • Diploma qualification in Business/Commercial/Finance or any equivalent
  • At least 10 years solid experience in FMCG industry, with at least 5 years’ experience in managerial role.
  • Preferable in Sales & Distributor management, with regional exposure.
