- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies and plans to support brand and sales objectives.
- Identify and understand store needs and align marketing activities to address those needs.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape and customer insights to inform trade marketing strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and implement trade promotions, events and campaigns to support product launches and seasonal activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution of trade marketing programs.
- Work closely with retailers and distributors to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, displays and merchandising activities to maximize product exposure.
- Collaborate with the operation and frontline to align trade marketing activities with overall sales objectives and strategies.
- Handling CRM
- Always communicate effectively and align with all department regarding marketing activity, marketing tools request and merchandise team to achieve company objective.
- Report to creative director, executive director and general manager.
