Job Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day administrative operations to ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Provide high-level administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit a variety of documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence, with a focus on accuracy and professionalism.
- Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and travel fair arrangements as needed.
- Implement and maintain effective office systems, including data management, filing, and office supplies inventory.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal staff and external partners, fostering positive relationships and ensuring clear communication.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support administrative project management efforts.
- Preparation and issuance of purchase orders, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Liaison with suppliers, both local and overseas, to manage deliveries and orders efficiently.
- Require Language(s) (write, read & speak) - English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates with a relevant degree are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Strong commitment to responsibilities, with a high level of reliability and integrity.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
