Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the marketing of ethical business in Singapore through effective development and implementation of marketing strategies to contribute towards achieving the sales, growth and profitability of the business of Duopharma (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
  • Develop and spearhead marketing strategies, develop marketing plans for ethical products and ensure successful roll out and implementation.
  • Product Life Cycle management, continuous evaluation of the line extension and/or discontinuation/revitalization of products.
  • To work with associated companies and external agencies the range of ethical products
  • Drive new product launches for the ethical range of products.
  • To support the sales team with planning & executing marketing campaigns, materials and promotions.
  • Provide product training to the Sales Team and support the sales team in their promotional messaging.
  • Inventory management - to plan and ensure that inventory levels for ethical products are optimal.
  • Tender management - to support in pricing proposal and documentation for submission of Government tenders/contracts/enlistment of products.
  • Monitor competitor's development for new and established products.
  • Event Management - ability to organize and manage conferences/events/workshops.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Science/Pharmacy/Business
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales and marketing of pharmaceutical products
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills, formal presentation, planning, problem solving and organization skills.
