Job Summary

This role is 1-year contractor role and the role purpose is to plan and achieve the annual account plan on sales, ensuring profitability and market share growth for the designated key account.

Job Responsibilities

  • Commercial Deliverables
  • Lead and coach merchandisers.
  • Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations for all sales operations activities.
  • Implement the Pharma sales strategy.
  • Customer Program
  • Ensure price, promotion, and display compliance, along with effective POSM utilization.
  • Develop Pharma sales order proposals on an outlet basis.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships at the outlet level.
  • Other Commercial Activities
  • Monitor and report on monthly regional OSA productivity.
  • Align with key accounts and merchandisers through monthly bulletins.
  • Provide monthly competitor activity updates.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with merchandisers.
  • Update the daily sales operations dashboard.

Phamarcy channel (central only): Watson, Guardian, Healthcare, BIG, AA, Caring, Wellness Alpro, Multicare with total listed SKU.

Skills And Experience

  • Education: Min. Diploma in Business or relevant studies.
  • Experience:
  • Experience in managing pharmacy accounts in the FMCG industry with strong problem-solving skills for ad-hoc situations.
  • Proven track record in operations.
  • Technical/ Work-based skills: At least two years of experience in the FMCG industry.
  • General skills/ Attributes:
  • Strong understanding of the business environment and its dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, resilience and a positive attitude.
  • Good understanding of company directions.
