  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities
  • Research and select suppliers for food, beverages, equipment and other necessary suppliers.
  • Negotiate prices, terms and contracts with suppliers to obtain the best possible deals.
  • Monitor stock levels and forecast future needs to ensure that the restaurant always has necessary supplies without overstocking.
  • Place order for food, beverages and other supplies as needed, ensuring timely replenishment of stock.
  • Ensure that purchased items meet the restaurant's quality standards.
  • Implement cost-saving measures, such ad finding alternative suppliers or negotiating better deals.
  • Address issues related to supply shortages, delivery delays or quality concerns promptly.


Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
  • Familiarity of supply chain procedures.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills.
  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field.
