Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person, providing accurate information about programs, schedules, and services.
- Maintain up-to-date records of student enrollment and attendance.
- Support the administrative team with student registrations, payments, and scheduling.
- Address any concerns or issues that may arise and escalate them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Ensure a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist in promoting school events and activities to parents and students.
- Provide additional support to the teaching and administrative teams as needed.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (multilingual abilities are a plus).
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling software).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
