Part-Time Customer Service Officer (Weekend Sat/Sun)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our team at RE2 International Computer School. This position requires weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) and offers a flexible and supportive working environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations during the weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person, providing accurate information about programs, schedules, and services.
• Maintain up-to-date records of student enrollment and attendance.
• Support the administrative team with student registrations, payments, and scheduling.
• Address any concerns or issues that may arise and escalate them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Ensure a clean and organized front desk area.
• Assist in promoting school events and activities to parents and students.
• Provide additional support to the teaching and administrative teams as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (multilingual abilities are a plus).
• Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling software).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
