- Plan, execute, and manage anything marketing related for Seedflex
- Systematically experiment with new tactics and channels to help us identify our recipe for successful growth; covering new users acquisition via paid channels and user retention through content & CRM (via hubspot)
- Instrument conversion points and ad tracking.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets, optimizing based on the insights.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Work collaboratively with other teams (sales, product, etc) to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency across touchpoints.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. Potential line management of intern(s)
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- 4-5 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, Hubspot, SEO/SEM, and/or other marketing platforms is a must.
- Solid experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.
- B2B marketing experience is a plus.
- Data-driven and highly analytical.
- Must have a "Can-Do" Attitude. A proactive problem-solver with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced start-up environment.
