Job Profile:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing external promotional resources, leveraging their experience in marketing (preferably with a strong channel network), and collaborating closely with our operations and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish partnerships with external promotional resources to enhance our marketing efforts.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and product, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain competitive and effective.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience in online promotional marketing, with a focus on market penetration or business development to countries like India/Pakistan/Bangladesh region. Possession of non-major media promotional resources and promotional capabilities: community promotion/sms promotion/agency/KOL. Ability to create or optimize promotional materials is a plus.
  3. Familiarity with 3rd party agency engagement on ad posting/ having such resources.
  4. Strong emphasis on having a robust marketing channel network.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and propose actionable insights.
  7. Passion for driving innovation in marketing strategy and creative thinking.
