Trust Executive, Maybank Trustees Berhad

• Collaborate with Head of Business Development and other senior executives to set and drive MTB’s vision, sales and marketing strategy, hiring needs and financial report.
• Execute sales and marketing initiatives and implementing better business practices.
• Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
• Directing marketing efforts by presenting market research and suggesting strategies to expand market research.
• Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs.
• Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business.
• Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including but not limited to customers, partners, clients, and board members.

Requirements:

• Degree in business administration/marketing/finance/management or related field.
• Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience in relevant industry.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills.
